Our Technology
Generator
This state-of-the-art generator powers our entire facility in the event of a power outage. This means the refrigerators stay cold, medicines stay at controlled temperatures, dosing system continue to operate, and the sterile environments and hoods stay sterile. The generator will run for five to seven days, so even a major hurricane won’t stop you from getting the medicines you need.
In addition to the generator we also have a ½ ton Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) to keep those computers up and running for short-term interruptions and to ensure we can continue to meet the needs of our patients despite power failure.
Compounding Equipment
Our state of the art compounding facility includes multiple barrier aseptic isolators, multiple autoclaves and testing incubators for sterile compounding. The lab also contains negative pressure hoods, mixing and milling devices, and other specialized equipment.
MTS Multi-dose Packaging
This automated packaging unit fills multi-dose blister cards into what is commonly described as a disposable pill box. Coordinated with your physician to place each of your pills in the appropriate time to enable you to take the right dose at the right time.
Fills multi-dose packages to convenient “on the go” packaging for those whose lifestyle is more active. We have teamed with home health agencies for automated dispensing of these packages which is ideal for those who may need additional assistance to maintain an independent lifestyle.
DOSIS
Unit dose packaging machine that fills, seals, and labels each card of medication for our assisted living, group home patients or those who may request such packaging.
